Constipation Healthy Diet Tips

Constipation is a common problem associated with digestive tract. Which can affect the people of any age group. The good thing about this disease is that people with this can easily overcome it by improving their routine and with some home remedies.

Cause of Constipation – The main reason for heaving constipation is not properly eat foods. Which depends on many things such as- Heavy meal, late night foods, not chewing foods properly, eating more water while eating, low amount of fiber in the foods. Excess constipation of oil and lubricant substances, constipation of more chilli spices food products, drinking tea, coffee, too much smoking and drinking. Due to lack of exercise resting on bed time on long periods, lack of blood in the body and more sleep also cause constipation. Sometime these may be due to any other physical problem like- Thyroid, Diabetes, liver problem.
